this was last year at the Boys Like Girls concert, when i met the lead singer, Martin Johnson. i know i was completely ecstatic because BLG is one of my favorite bands. i had seen this four times before, but this was the first time i actually got to meet him face-to-face. i remember being on stage during The Great Escape and just dancing, with Paul (lead guitarist) right next to me, screaming the lyrics. it was amazing. my definition of happiness is just being able to forget all your worries, nothing will drag you down. you’re happy. you just can’t think of anything that could upset you in that moment. everything about it brings you joy, and you just get lost in the moment. when you are lost in that moment is when you are truly happy. i’m mixing pictures and text throughout this whole thing.
